Art Gallery Presents: Artist Reception: Paula Kaplan, Who Paints Joy

The Butte College Art Gallery is pleased to announce an exhibition by artist Paula Kaplan. This exhibition will be on display from August 31 to September 29, 2026, in the Butte College Art Gallery on the Main Campus. An artist’s reception will take place on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with music from the Butte College Performing Arts Department. Complimentary food and refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to the public.

Paula is an accomplished local mixed media painter whose whimsical work energizes the room. She infuses dynamic color with playful imagery to create delightful, inviting images. This show is appropriately titled, “Paula Kaplan, Who Paints Joy!”

The Butte College Art Gallery is on the main Butte College campus at 3536 Campus Drive, in the Arts Building (ARTS 106), closest to parking lots 1 and 3.
