The Butte College Cosmetology and Barbering Center offers hands-on training in a professional salon environment, preparing students for rewarding careers in the beauty and barbering industries.
Students gain real-world experience by serving clients in the on-site salon and spa, developing both their technical and customer service skills.
Beginning with the Spring 2027 semester, all Cosmetology and Barbering classes will be located in our new building on the Chico Center campus at 2320 Forest Avenue in Chico.

Students taking classes at this location can access student services at our Chico Center or main campus. Some services may be available at this center upon request.
