Academic Support
International students at Butte College receive personalized academic support to help them succeed from day one. Dedicated advisors assist with course selection, transfer planning, and maintaining F-1 visa requirements. New students attend orientation to learn about classroom expectations, campus resources and build community.
Free tutoring is available through the Center for Academic Success in many subjects such as; writing, math, and more. Students also have access to workshops and technology support.

Fees and Tuition
Tuition at Butte College is much lower than at four-year universities. Living in a smaller city is also more affordable than a large California city. By completing your first two years of college with us, you will save thousands of dollars before transferring to a university of your choice.
