Earn College Credit in High School

Butte College at Your High School

Butte College partners with local school districts to offer college courses, career education, and transfer pathways, right on high school campuses. Most classes take place during the regular school day. These dual enrollment courses appear on a student’s permanent college transcript and can support transfer, career exploration, and a strong transition to college or the workforce. College fees and textbooks are waived.

Choose a Course that Fits Your Goal

Concurrent Enrollment allows you to take Butte College courses while still attending high school (or an equivalent program), earning college credits that can also fulfill your high school requirements. Enroll in a course afterschool, in the evenings, or online.

Your enrollment and service fees are waived, but you'll still need to cover course material and textbook fees.

Fully Immersed College Life

At Butte College, you have the opportunity to jumpstart your college journey by spending your senior year fully immersed in college life.
