College Connection

Spend your senior year at Butte College taking college classes, earning tuition-free credits, and getting a head start on your future. College Connection helps you explore your interests, build confidence, and prepare for success before you graduate from high school.

Program Overview

College Connection gives high school seniors a head start on college in a supportive campus environment. Through this partnership with local school districts, you can:

• Take high school and college classes at Butte College
• Earn tuition-free college credits
• Explore subjects not offered at your high school
• Access student services, clubs, programs, and book vouchers
• Get priority enrollment in 9 to 11 units each fall and spring
• Build confidence before becoming a college freshman

Participating High Schools

To join us, you need to be a junior enrolled at:

• Oroville, Las Plumas
• Chico High School
• Pleasant Valley High School
• Oak Bridge Academy

If you are maintaining a high school GPA of 2.0 or higher, complete a College Connection application to get started!
