- Range 2 requires POST Intermediate Certification.
- Range 3 requires POST Advanced Certification.
- Range 4 requires POST Supervisory Certification.
Per Article 11.4.1–3, an additional 2% of base pay (Range 1) is paid for each qualifying POST certificate for Police Officer and Police Sergeant classifications.
Longevity Increases
Applied to base pay (Range 1) upon completion of continuous full years of service:
- 7 years: base + 3%
- 10 years: base + 5%
- 15 years: base + 7%
- 20 years: base + 9%
