Butte-Glenn Community College District employees are represented by four bargaining units. Managers, Supervisors and Confidential Employees (MSC) are not represented by a bargaining unit and therefore do not negotiate.

The BCEA, affiliated with CTA/NEA, represents full-time faculty members.
Part-time Faculty Association (PFA)
The PFA represents part-time associate faculty members.
California School Employees Association (CSEA)
The CSEA represents classified employees of the college.
Butte College Police Officers Association (BCPOA)
The BCPOA represents college police officers.
