Types of Financial Aid

There’s more than one way to pay for college. Learn about the types of financial aid available, including grants, work-study, scholarships, and loans, and find the options that may be right for you.

Eligibility requirements vary by aid program. Receiving one type of financial aid does not guarantee eligibility for other forms of aid. Most financial aid programs require students to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP), remain enrolled in an eligible program of study, and enroll in coursework that applies to their declared program.
