Meet Vice President Jessica Snelling
Jessica Snelling serves as vice president for administrative services at Butte College, where she leads the operational and financial functions that support student success. Since her appointment in June 2024, the college has strengthened its financial stability through responsible budgeting, transparent reporting, and long-term planning aligned with institutional priorities.
In her role, Vice President Snelling oversees fiscal services, contracts and risk management, facilities planning and management, information technology services, dining services, campus safety, and the California Community College Technology Center, essential support services that directly impact the student experience and campus environment. Her leadership ensures that resources are allocated effectively to maintain safe, functional, and student-centered learning spaces while supporting innovation and operational efficiency across the college.
A former Butte College student, Snelling brings both professional expertise and a personal commitment to student success. Her work enables the college to sustain quality programs and services, ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have the infrastructure and support needed to thrive.
