Your First Point of Contact

• Serve as the single point of contact.
• Help you navigate your BC portal or CANVAS.
• Coach you toward academic goals and connect you with campus resources.
• Support you in preparing for counseling meetings and/or instructor office hours.
• Provide follow-up after our counseling appointment.
• Connect with students using email, phone, and text.
• Support pathway workshops, outreach, and follow-up.

• Develop individualized educational plans.
• Support students in choosing classes.
• Keep students informed and prepared on Butte College degrees and transfer requirements for UC, CSU, private, and out-of-state schools.

• Design and provide pathway workshops.
