You’re close to completing your program—now it’s time to make it official. Apply for graduation to receive your associate degree or certificate and celebrate your achievement.
Check your progress in Self Service to confirm you’re meeting requirements, register for any remaining courses, and select the term you plan to finish. When you’re ready, submit your graduation application through Self Service and review important deadlines to stay on track.
If you plan to participate in commencement, be sure to follow RSVP instructions when they become available. Certificates are awarded automatically once requirements are complete, but submitting an application helps ensure your information is accurate.
- Check your progress:
Log in to MyBC Self Service and go to My Progress to see if your degree or certificate requirements are complete or close to completion.
If you have any questions or concerns, schedule an appointment with an Academic Counselor. - Register for remaining courses:
Enroll in any classes needed to complete missing or in-progress requirements. - Submit official transcripts and test scores If you have completed coursework at another institution or have AP/IB/CLEP test scores that apply toward your degree or certificate, submit official transcripts and test scores to the Admissions & Records Office. Transcripts and scores must be on file and evaluated before your graduation application can be finalized.
