Prevention Education

Relevant Policies & Procedures

It is the policy of our college to maintain an environment free of all forms of discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, for students, faculty, administrators, staff, and visitors.

Butte College's Administrative Procedures describe the prohibition of harassment, including sexual harassment, and outline the college's response to reports of such harassment. Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence, and Stalking are all forms of harassment prohibited within these procedures. For guidance with navigating these procedures, please contact the Title IX Coordinator.
