This is a picture of me and my wife. We’ve been married for 38 years and have two married children and two grandchildren

I’ve been teaching philosophy at Butte College since 1977 and have loved every minute (Okay—that’s a slight exaggeration, meetings and grading papers sometimes gets a little old.)

My wife and I enjoy hiking with our dog Emma. I throw the Frisbees and she takes the pictures.

Here I am explaining the finer points of Aristotle and Thomas Aquinas to my granddaughter.
