Board of Governors Grant (BOGFW) The Board of Governors Grant fee waiver is open to all students
who are California residents. Many students qualify due to their low income
level. Students who qualify for financial aid, general or public assistance,
SSI or who are dependents of disabled veterans should also qualify for the
BOGG fee waiver.
Fee waivers are processed through the Financial Aid Office, where staff assists eligible students in applying for and receiving fee waivers. All that is usually needed to apply is a copy of the student's latest tax return. Students interested in applying should contact Financial Aid Office for an application. Applications for the BOG fee waiver should be complete prior to registering for classes. For more information on the BOGFW, call Financial Aid at (530) 895-2311.
