Our policies are as follows:

The information on our job board is available to any individual seeking job placement assistance through Butte College. Therefore we encourage both employers and employees to use due diligence throughout the hiring process. We do not vouch for the legitimacy of any employer or individual who utilizes our services. Furthermore, we do not screen applicants or employers, we merely provide a forum for the two to interact.

We adhere strictly to any and all laws that pertain to employment, the hiring process, and public service agencies.

We do not discriminate, nor will we post any job order that does so. No job order may contain information regarding age, race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, country of origin, or any other criteria for screening applicants that is prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to edit and/or remove any job orders that do not adhere to these standards.
