ACCELERATED CAREER EDUCATION SKILLS (ACES) GRANT 
(THIS SITE IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
In the fall of 2007 Butte-Glenn Community College District received a two year grant to work with eight graders in two middle schools in Butte 's two county service area: Chico Junior High in Butte County and Willows Intermediate School in Glenn County . The grant addresses the needs of local youth, schools and businesses by providing career exploration activities. The grant project is called Accelerated Career Education Skills (ACES). Career exploration activities include self assessment, career research, goal setting and educational planning.
