All of the email stored in your Butte College email account will be migrated automatically. This does not include email messages stored on your computer (in a PST file). If you are unsure whether a message is stored in your email account or on your computer, there is a simple way to tell:
In the folder list, look for an email address (here pictured as email@example.com).
Anything inside sections labeled as email addresses are on Butte College email accounts, and will be migrated automatically.
Anything outside those sections is likely on your computer. These messages will still be available to you after migration, and you may upload them to your email account in the cloud if you wish.
To move items into your cloud-based email, simply drag them from the message list into any of the folders in sections labeled with email addresses.
