Exciting Opportunities for Semester Abroad Studies, 2008-09

The Northern California Study Abroad Consortium is a group of 4 colleges, Cosumnes River, San Mateo, Santa Rosa, and Diablo Valley, that provides outstanding semester abroad and shorter term study abroad opportunities for students, faculty, and staff. Butte College and College of Marin are proud to be Associate members of the Consortium and are helping to promote their 2008-09 offerings. N.C.S.A.C. works in collaboration with American Institute for Foreign Studies (A.I.F.S.) to provide the highest levels of curricula, communications, organization, and accommodations in several exciting locales each academic year. This summer they are offering a 5-week program in Beijing, China. In the Fall of 2008 they will offer semester abroad curricula in London, England, and in Granada and Madrid, Spain. During Spring semester 2009 they will offer a semester abroad program in Florence, Italy.
