Out-of-District Student Contact Athletic Form (Form C)
In accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Commission on Athletics (COA) in California, you (the student) must establish "First Contact" with Butte College Baseball. Once "First Contact" is established we can then actively recruit you. If you are interested in Roadrunner Baseball and live out of the area, please take a few minutes to print this form off of the Internet, complete it and send it to Butte College Baseball.
