One of Shakespeare’s most popular works, this comedy follows the adventures of four young Athenian lovers, a group of amateur actors and their interactions and mishaps with the Duke of Athens, Theseus, the Queen of the Amazons, Hippolyta, and the fairies who inhabit a moonlit forest. This charming and fanciful play, directed by Jeff Dickenson, features some of the most talented young thespians from the college’s drama department.
The production will be held in Arts 160, the new theater on the main campus. Showtime is 12:30 p.m. for all three performances and the doors open at noon. The public is welcome and donations will be accepted at the door.
