OTSA Workshops
On-The-Spot-Admission (OTSA) appointments are offered every fall semester to Butte transfer students wishing to transfer to CSU, Chico or Humboldt State University. OTSA workshops are 20-minute personal appointments. During your OTSA appointment you will have the opportunity to meet with a CSU, Chico (or Humboldt State) admission evaluator who will let you know within the 20-minute appointment of your acceptance into CSU, Chico or Humboldt State University.
To be eligible for an OTSA appointment, you must have completed a minimum of 30 transferable course units posted to your transcript with a letter grade of "C" or better, have a declared major, and have a transferable GPA of 2.0 or better, and have completed a online CSU admission application prior to your OTSA appointment.
Students applying to an impacted major should see a transfer counselor for more information.
