Not a problem! Announcing the new
Now available
ONLY on the Transfer Counseling Center website!
HOW DOES ASK A TRANSFER COUNSELOR WORK? When the button (below) says "Online" this means that a counselor is available to hold a live chat with you right here - right now!
When the button says "Offline", you can still ask one of the Transfer Counselors a question via email. When using email, you will receive a response within 24 hours to the email address that you supply to us.
WHAT CAN YOU ASK A COUNSELOR DURING A CHAT? You can ask basic questions concerning your general education and/or lower-division course requirements that do not require analysis of your college transcripts. Any questions that would require the counselor to analyze your college transcripts or involves personal or confidential information can be addressed during an onsite counseling appointment. You can call us Monday through Friday at (530)895-2264 and set a personal counseling appointment.
DISCLAIMER:
Periodically, commonly asked questions on the chat line may be selected and added to the Transfer FAQ page on the Transfer Counseling Center website. Questions and answers selected to be included on the FAQ page are determined by how frequently and how commonly the questions are asked. Questions and answers that are selected are placed on the FAQ page anonymously to maintain integrity and privacy of the chat users and counselors.
Ask a Transfer Counselor is designed to answer transfer-specific questions. We can help if you have two-year degree questions too.
