APPLICATION supporting documents defined

Foreign students must present evidence of financial solvency. Evidence shall be presented in the form of a statement from the student's sponsor and a bank official indicating that sufficient funds are available to cover all expenses incurred by the student during his/her stay at Butte College. Those students sponsored by their embassies or other agencies will need a scholarship award letter indicating beginning and ending dates of their scholarship.

Butte College requires international students to be free from Tuberculosis (TB). For your convenience, a "Health Statement" form is enclosed in this packet. Please have your health care provider complete and sign it to certify your negative test result. You can then forward it to the International Student Admissions Office, along with your other admission documents. For new students, TB test results must be current - within three months. Transfer students are not required to show proof of TB test results.
It is recommended that student immunization status be current as well. This includes Tetanus, Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Polio.

Please enclose a non-refundable check or international money order drawn on a U.S. bank for US $100 payable to: "CSU, Chico Research Foundation" with your ALCI application. *Conditional Admission only
