The Butte College Human Resources Department provides a "one stop shopping" experience for employees. Faculty, support staff and management all benefit from the variety of programs and services administered through the Human Resources Department.

We administer a comprehensive benefit and salary package for all eligible regular employees to include generous health and leave plans; an Employee Assistance Plan and Workers' Compensation.

The Human Resources Department is also responsible for Employee Relations issues, which ensures compliance to policies and practices; government regulations; collective bargaining agreements; and the investigation of complaints; administration of grievances and disciplinary procedures.

Faculty, management and support staff recruiting needs are all coordinated through the Human Resources department and ensure that Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are enforced.
