Butte-Glenn Community College District employees are represented by four bargaining units. The District is represented by negotiation teams for each of the four bargaining units and the bargaining units are represented by a negotiation team from the respective constituent employee group.

• BCEA - Butte College Education Association, CTA/NEA represents Full-time Faculty.
• PFA - Part-time Faculty Association represents part-time Associate Faculty.
• CSEA - California State Employee Association represents Classified employees.
• BCPOA - Butte College Police Officers Association represents College Police Officers.

Management Association - Managers, Supervisors and Confidential Employees (MSC) are not represented by a bargaining unit and therefore do not negotiate. MSC employees may join the Management Association, which has a "meet and confer" relationship with the District.
