The Agriculture Business program provides employable skills and is probably the most readily available position in the agriculture industry. Career opportunities include: Management, Marketing, Sales, Pest Control Advisor (PCA), International Trade, Supervisor, and government agencies. The 18-unit (two semester) program is comprised of agriculture business and related courses and is designed to prepare graduates for entry-level employment and build an ideal base for those wishing to move on to the Associates Degree program in Agriculture Business, broaden management level employment for those with allied degrees such as Environmental Horticulture and as means of career advancement. The Pest Control Advisor (PCA) program is a series of classes (that have been approved by the state of California) to fulfill the requirements necessary to take and pass the PCA exam.
