Shanna Vela
Head Softball Coach

Shanna Vela enters her second year at the helm of Butte College Roadrunners softball program. She has been a part of the Roadrunner softball program since 2002 as she was the Assistant Coach. She brings several years of softball experience to the Roadrunners, which includes her Division I experience as a player for the University of the Pacific.  Shanna began her collegiate athletic career at the Junior College level where she earned All- State and All-American honors. Shanna and husband, Mario, currently live in Chico with their sons, Brendon and Dustin.
