Planning, Research and Organizational Development
This section is to provide a summary of information already available through our management information system (MIS) to department chairs and coordinators in a way that is concise, easy to access, and useful. This information is designed to enable departments to have an informed dialogue about their programs and disciplines. This information is NOT designed to compare departments. There are too many variables in each program, discipline, and department to make such comparisons useful.
These reports use only fall semester data. Data on other instructional sessions is available through the Reports Server at (Institutional Research Tab, Program Review Reports).
The Program Data Reports below contain several tabs at the bottom of each spreadsheet. These tabs include:
Part A - Demographics
Part B - Department/Program Success, Retention, Efficiency
Part C - Degrees and Certificates Awarded
Part D - Number of Courses Offered: Enrollment/Fill/Success Rates
Part E - Student Success
Part F - Faculty Demographics
Part G - Faculty Load
Part H - SURE Report Data
For more information about how to use this data, please read the Instructions for using Program Data reports.
