Born and Raised in Ethiopa. Served as pilot in Ethiopian Air Force. Played for Chico State Men's Program (1969 - 1972). Graduated Chico State University (1974) and was a member of Chico Rooks Coaching Staff from inception of Club. Directed youth training sessions for Chico area players for the past 25 years
